How it works: 

• BCHA identify items their service users urgently need to help them to move forward with on their journey to independence. 

• You browse the website, looking through the categories (to the left) and select which gift you would like to purchase on behalf of your friend or relative. 

• BCHA send your friend or relative details about the gift you have purchased on their behalf, along with a personalised message from you and information on how it will help someone in need. 

• BCHA then purchase this gift and give it to one of their service users, making a big difference to the life of someone who needs some support to move forward with their lives.
