A regeneration project for Bournemouth Town Centre is gathering momentum as a public-private partnership considers early ideas for Madeira Road West.

The Bournemouth Development Company is a 50/50 partnership between Bournemouth Borough Council and Morgan Sindall Investments which will regenerate a number of town centre sites over the next 20 years, bringing new homes, businesses, shops, attractions, landmark buildings and improvements to public spaces.
