Licence and Terms of Use of Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce Logo to Members

By downloading the Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce logo you are agreeing and accepting the following

Terms & Conditions:

All the logos set out on this page are the property of Bournemouth Chamber of Trade and Commerce (BCTC) and BCTC reserves all rights to them. The logos may be used by current BCTC members in accordance with the Terms & Conditions set out below.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions BCTC grants members a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the logos. You may use them for the following purposes:

• Display on your website, and wherever possible a link on your website to the BCTC website
• Company stationery
• Advertisements or marketing literature
• Business premises
• Vehicle liveries or exhibition stands or materials
• In any other comparable manner to signify your membership of BCTC.

The logos are made available electronically to members, in a variety of sizes and in both colour and black and white, according to the following useage guidelines:

• The logos may not be revised or altered in any way (stretched, cropped or distorted) and must be displayed in the same form as produced by the BCTC.
• You should always ensure clearance around the logo of 25 pixels or 10mm.
• The BCTC logo should always be used on a white background. If you wish to use the logo on a coloured background, please request the appropriate eps file from the Treasurer, enclosing a copy of your design.

You must reproduce the logo in its official colours or black. The official colours of the logo are:

The logo may never be used in any manner that discredits BCTC or tarnishes its reputation and goodwill, is false or misleading or mischaracterises the relationship between BCTC and the member.

The BCTC logo is very important to us and we reserve the right to prohibit the use of our logos if it we determine that the usage is not in accordance with the terms and conditions or the member is not a current BCTC member or their membership payment is overdue.
