Our beautiful resorts have joined destinations up and down the country as part of a national campaign aimed at giving the hospitality industry a much-needed boost.
Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole will be among several locations promoted as part of #EscapeTheEveryday: a £5million campaign aimed at encouraging visitors to make the most of the autumn months ahead, get outside and discover hidden gems, have the freedom to explore and to treat themselves during that essential break away.
The campaign is being spearheaded by Visit Britain and is designed to reassure consumers and build confidence when it comes to booking staycations at cities, the countryside and coastal locations in an effort to give tourism businesses a helping hand.
In other news not one but two of our beautiful outdoor settings have been awarded in this year’s Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards. Hengistbury Head Visitor Centre and Bournemouth’s Lower Gardens were recognised among the best in the country based on outstanding 2019 traveller reviews.
